Professional service from start to finish; assessed the job on site and access, providing a reasonably priced quote (in line with others I had received) both at the time of visit verbally, and in a subsequent email with the agreed date for the work.  Elliot, fully explained the procedures that will happen, the equipment to be used, including any limitations due to the tree being so close to the fence line.  Work was conducted on the agreed date and in good time (9am - ~3pm); tree and stump to ~6" below ground level and all debris was removed, the resulting mulch area raked over.  Advised not to plant anything for at least a few weeks, allowing for settlement.
Overall, very pleased with the work carried out; no debris/mess left at all, and no damage to our neighbour's fence!  I would highly recommend City Tee and Hedge.
