Removal of old laburnum tree very close to neighbour's fence:
Professional service from start to finish; assessed the job on site and access, providing a reasonably priced quote (in line with others I had received) both at the time of visit verbally, and in a subsequent email with the agreed date for the work. Elliot, fully explained the procedures that will happen, the equipment to be used, including any limitations due to the tree being so close to the fence line. Work was conducted on the agreed date and in good time (9am - ~3pm); tree and stump to ~6" below ground level and all debris was removed, the resulting mulch area raked over. Advised not to plant anything for at least a few weeks, allowing for settlement.
Overall, very pleased with the work carried out; no debris/mess left at all, and no damage to our neighbour's fence! I would highly recommend City Tee and Hedge.

Had a very positive experience with Elliot to carry out tree care, a crown reduction essentially, for our birch tree which had come under some stress from a previous hard cut. Very good communication, prompt first visit and quotation, very informative and he clearly explained options and proposed work. Elliot clearly has a passion for tree care and I felt very confident in his handling of the job. Very pleased with the result and will be happy to use his services again in future .

Elliot did some extensive hedge cutting for us. The work was very neat and tidy and Elliot thoroughly cleaned up cuttings and took them away.
Would not hesitate to use him again.

Amazing job by the team today working in very windy conditions! Hedge removed & cleaned up nicely leaving us a perfect blank slate to get some raised beds started. Thanks a bunch!
